Young pipa player, member of Pipa Committee of Chinese National Orchestra Society, guest pipa player of National Center for the Performing Arts. In 2001, he was admitted to the Middle School Attached to the Central Conservatory of Music and studied under professors Li Guanghua and Fan Wei. He received his master's degree in 2014. Since 2012, he has collaborated with the orchestra of the National Center for the Performing Arts as a pipa soloist in several original plays. He has collaborated with many bands and artists. In recent years, Sun Ying has recorded pipa for many kinds of records, films and TV scores. From 2016 to 2018, she performed as a pipa soloist in the CCTV Spring Festival Gala. In recent years, he has visited South Africa, Finland and other countries and regions, and has constantly brought Chinese traditional music and the sound of the pipa to other parts of the world.
